Black Russian

2 parts Vodka	Cola
1 part Kahula

Shake vodka and kahula over ice and strain into a Tumbler, top up with cola.

Champagne Cocktail

1/2 part Brandy	1 piece Orange rind
1/2 part Grand Marnier	1 drop Angostura Bitters
Champagne	1/2 Sugar cube

In a Flute, drop the bitters on the sugar cube, add the brandy, top up with champagne. Float the Grand Marnier on top.

Cosmopolitan

1 1/2 parts Vodka	Dash of Lime juice
1 part Cointreau	Lime Rind
1 part Cranberry Juice

Shake vodka and cointreau over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass, top up with cranberry juice and add a dash of lime juice and lime rind.

Daiquiri

3 parts White Rum	2 parts Lime Juice
Crushed Ice	1 teaspoon Sugar Syrup

Shake rum, lime juice and sugar syrup over ice and strain into a Cocktail Glass.

Harvey Wallbanger

1 part Vodka	Ice cubes
2 teaspoons Galliano	1 Orange slice
4 parts Orange Juice

Shake vodka and Galliano over ice and strain into Highball Glass with fresh ice. Top up with the orange juice, garnish with the orange slice.

John Collins

2 parts Whiskey	Ice cubes
Soda Water	Lemon Slice
1 part Lemon Juice	1 Maraschino Cherry
1 part Orange Juice	Dash of Sugar Syrup

Shake whiskey, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar syrup over ice, strain into a Highball Glass, top up with soda water and add the lemon and cherry.

Long Island Iced Tea

1/2 part Gin	Dash of Lime juice
1/2 part White Rum	Ice
1/2 part Tequila	Slice of Lemon
1 part Vodka	Dash of Sugar syrup
Cola

Pour gin, white rum, tequila and vodka over ice in a Highball Glass, add a dash of lime juice and sugar syrup. Top up with Cola. Add a Lemon Wedge.

Manhattan

3 parts Rye Whiskey	1 part Sweet Vermouth
1 part Dry Vermouth	Ice cubes

Mix with Ice in a Tumbler.

Margarita

1 part Tequila	1 part Lime juice
1 part Triple Sec	Salt

Wet rim of Cocktail Glass and frost with salt. Shake tequila and triple sec over ice and strain into glass, top up with lime juice.

Mojito

2 parts White Rum	10 Mint Sprigs
1 part Lime Juice	1 teaspoon Sugar
Soda Water	Ice cubes
1 Lime Slice

Mash mint and sugar in the bottom of a Highball Glass. Add ice. Pour over rum and lime juice, top up with soda water and stir. Add lime slice.

Old Fashioned

2 parts Bourbon	1 Sugar cube
Dash of Angostura Bitters	2 Maraschino Cherries
1 Lemon Rind

Dissolve the sugar in the bitters in a Tumbler. Add ice and then the bourbon. Stir very gently for a few minutes. Add the cherries.

Rob Roy

1 1/2 parts Whiskey	1 Lemon Rind
1 part Sweet Vermouth	2 Maraschino Cherries
Dash Angostura Bitters	Ice cubes

Coat a Cocktail Glass with the bitters. Shake the whiskey and vermouth over ice, strain into the glass and garnish with the fruit.

Vodka Martini

3 parts Vodka	Green Olive
1/2 part Dry Vermouth

Shake vodka and vermouth over ice, strain into a Cocktail Glass, add an olive.

Whiskey Sour

1 part Whiskey	1 part Sugar Syrup
1 part Lemon Juice	Ice cubes

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a Tumbler with fresh ice cubes

So, I'm guessing the idea is that if we create additional content for other cocktails, then we can build other cheat sheets based on which cocktails we want? Sounds like a neat project. I might make a couple when I have some free time.
