Just a few comments, not criticism. Blue Button isn't Tricare, it is Myhealthevet. Tricare is TOL Personal Health Data, I believe. Advise the member to bring a list of their problems to their discharge physical so everything gets covered. Include this alphabetical list of disabilities (not all-inclusive) in your list: https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/38/appendix-C_to_part_4 Have them review the Problems and Encounters lists in their medical records to see what disabilities they may have been diagnosed with or treated for. This is a wonderfully helpful tool!

Wounded Warrior Project's Warriors to Work Program (https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/programs/warriors-to-work) is another excellent Transitioning Assistance Program for eligible veterans and their families!
